No surprises. Here's exactly how credits, capture, and billing work.
- What's a credit?
- A reply or DM draft costs 1 credit; a report, Ask or investigation costs 5 (research fans out across your whole corpus). Credits and capture allowances reset monthly.
- What counts as a captured thread?
- Each public Reddit thread your session captures and we score against your product context counts once toward your monthly captured volume.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. To switch, email support@gtmcat.xyz to cancel your current plan first: you keep access until the end of the paid period, then pick the new plan in the app. Your data, targets, and setup carry straight over.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Nothing is charged automatically — there's no card on file during the trial. Pick a plan in the app to keep going; otherwise you drop to limited access and your work is retained per the Privacy Policy.
- How do I cancel or get a refund?
- You can cancel anytime by emailing support@gtmcat.xyz; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
