No surprises. Here's exactly how credits, capture, and billing work.
What's a credit?
A reply draft costs 1 credit; a deep-research report costs more (it fans out across your whole corpus). Credits and capture allowances reset monthly.
What counts as a captured thread?
Each public Reddit thread your session captures and we score against your product context counts once toward your monthly captured volume.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the app. Your data, targets, and setup carry straight over.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically — there's no card on file during the trial. Pick a plan in the app to keep going; otherwise you drop to limited access and your work is retained per the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
